The Santacroce family’s activity is concentrated within an extensive property destined for the cultivation of the IGP Tropea onion in which Studio Apostoli has intervened on a 16,700-square-meter lot not intended for agricultural and productive activity.
AgriRelais was born adjacent to Villa Santacroce, within two existing buildings that were recovered and renovated from their ruined state.
Volumetry, elevations and original materials are the characteristics we tried to maintain during this renovation.
Agrirelais has within the two buildings functions such as Hospitality with 9 rooms, F&B with bistro, offices for the administrative management of the Santacroce group and a Wellness area.
The botanical garden also part of this fantastic structure, allows for activities related to onion production with points dedicated to the tasting of typical local products.
