Tourism and wellness will be the main focus of the event, which will bring together key figures from the tourism industry, politics, and institutions.

 

Sistiana (TS) is set to become a beacon for tourism with Travel Hashtag, the conference event taking place on 12th November at the Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Wellness Resort & Spa.

In this luxurious hospitality setting, key figures from the tourism industry, politics, and institutions will come together, alongside representatives from the business community of Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

Travel Hashtag returns to Italy with a new exclusive event: the goal is to share trends and perspectives on inbound tourism, with a focus on the potential of the Wellness, Spa, and Thermal segments.

The event will begin at 10:30 with a welcome address by Marco Gilardi (Minor Europe & Americas), followed by institutional greetings from Vice President of the Senate Gian Marco Centinaio, President of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region Massimiliano Fedriga, and President of Trieste Airport Antonio Marano.

Following this, the opening conference, titled “Tourism is Wellbeing,” will feature contributions from Alessandra Priante (ENIT), Massimo Caputi (Confindustria Federterme), and Simona Tedesco (DOVE).

Alberto Apostoli, founder of Studio Apostoli, will present on the theme of wellness in tourism, exploring its social function as well as the role of architecture in fostering wellbeing.

In the afternoon, thematic talks will focus on “Wellness & Health Tourism: Trends, Perspectives, and Opportunities.”Alongside architect Alberto Apostoli and Anna Rita Di Giacomo, Wellness & Spa Advisor and co-founder of Armonia, the panel will also include Bodina Qureshi (Minor Hotels Europe & Americas), Annamaria Acquaviva (Palazzo di Varignana), Martina Gramolazzi (Terme & Spa Italia), and Wellness Designer, Spa Trainer & Wellbeing Specialist Patrizia Bortolin. The panel will be moderated by Raffaella Dallarda and Massimiliano Sisto.
