Alberto Apostoli to Speak at “Designing for Wellbeing” in Lucca
“Wellness Solutions in the Home” at the heart of a key event featuring Alberto Apostoli and Roberto Colletto
Alberto Apostoli once again takes centre stage in the ongoing conversation around the integration of wellness and architecture. He will be a featured speaker at the highly anticipated event, Designing for Wellbeing: Wellness Solutions in the Home, organised by Equipe Piscine and the Order of Architects of Versilia, to be held on 22 May at Spazio Officina – a captivating venue blending art and design in the heart of Lucca.
The event will open with a presentation by Architect Alberto Apostoli on the concept of Wellness Architecture. His talk will focus on how human comfort and quality of life are pursued through an integrated design approach inspired by the five elements. Using the design of SPAs as a case study, Apostoli will delve into the more technical aspects of wellness-focused environments, such as spatial layout and flow, systems and technologies, sustainability, aesthetics, and operational considerations – always within the context of local culture and emerging trends in contemporary living.
Following this, Roberto Colletto, CEO of Piscine Castiglione & Myrtha Pools, will join Apostoli to present an overview of the latest developments in pool design – an essential component in modern wellness centres and high-end hospitality environments.
The event will conclude with an informal networking session for attending professionals.
