Alberto Apostoli to Speak at SpaChina Wellness Summit 2026
The event will take place from 14 to 16 September in Changsha.
Three days dedicated to training, networking and relaxation: the two events – the SpaChina Wellness Summit and the SpaChina Wellness & Spa Awards 2026 ceremony – will take place from 14 to 16 September at the W Changsha and The St. Regis Changsha hotels.
The 19th edition of the SpaChina Wellness Summit will bring together professionals from the spa sector, wellness facility owners and investors, as well as renowned brands of wellness products and equipment.
On the second day, dedicated to the theme “Business, Skill and Knowledge,” architect Alberto Apostoli will deliver a speech entitled “Wellness Architecture: A Paradigm Shift from Functional Enclosure to Sensory Ecosystem.” With the aim of rethinking spaces dedicated to wellness, the architect will address the key themes shaping the evolution of spas and the overall guest experience: the role of nature and the element of water, the relationship between space and sensory experience, the choice of materials, and the correct use of proportions.
The event offers a unique and effective networking platform for leading Chinese and international figures in the wellness and spa sector.
In addition to the six hours of daily sessions scheduled, the programme will leave sufficient time for participants to relax, take a break and enjoy the city’s natural surroundings.
