Studio Apostoli Designs the SPA at Delta Falaise Resort & Village
In southern Albania, in the coastal locality of Palasa, directly across from the Italian city of Otranto, the Delta Falaise Resort & Village is set to rise – a development spanning over 200,000 square metres, perched atop a cliff that descends from the mountains into the Ionian Sea.
The architectural language draws inspiration from the Mediterranean, reinterpreted with a contemporary approach. Squares, terraces and infinity pools are thoughtfully integrated within a vast hotel complex, establishing a true haven of wellbeing.
Studio Apostoli has been commissioned to design the SPA, complementing the exceptional hospitality offering created by renowned international studios such as Emre Arolat Architecture and GMD+MOSKAY – further underscoring the prestige and significance of the project.
The new SPA blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape, partially embedded in the rock face. It features a dry area with a sauna, bio-sauna, plunge pool and snow shower. The wet area includes multisensory shower circuits, a salt room, Turkish bath, a relaxation space, and a large indoor pool with hydromassage. An extensive Beauty & Fitness zone completes the experience, including treatment rooms, a SPA Suite, a beauty salon and a fully equipped gym.
A distinctive highlight is the private SPA – a reserved area along the wellness path, available by booking only. This exclusive space features a private Turkish bath, saltwater zone and dedicated relaxation area, offering tailored experiences and bespoke massages created specifically for individual guests.
