Overlooking the tourist harbor of the Canottieri del Golfo di Salò on Lake Garda, Hotel Bellerive is undergoing major renovation works supervised by Studio Apostoli and developed in two phases: the first one of restyling the existing rooms and redistributing the shares with new uses of the spaces, which will allow the reopening of the structure to the public in the first half of 2023.
The second, with completion in 2024, will see the elevation of the two bodies that make up the resort to increase its accommodation capacity with an overall total of 2280 square meters and the creation of a new generation SPA area.
As a result of these interventions, Hotel Bellerive will then achieve the 5-star upgrade.
