The design for Tavan Jargal Resort, located 40 km from the center of Ulan Bator, the capital of Mongolia, includes a truly unique offering in the Mongolian landscape, with a new luxury experience surrounded by nature.
The complex integrates into the terrain in a perfect combination of architecture and landscape, land and water, resulting in an oasis within walking distance of the busy capital.
The project, developed in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN 2030 Agenda, is included in a 13-hectare plot within a National Park, and features a wide range of Hospitality, F&B and banqueting facilities.
The Hospitality proposal includes 27 villas of four different types, designed to accommodate up to 8 people and perfectly integrated into the natural slope of the land, a 20-room Hotel with common areas and a 1,200-square-meter SPA, featuring, among others, 2 swimming pools, an onsen, a treatment and fitness area, with dedicated family and other adult-only areas, and finally 20 Ger-pods, a modern version of the typical Mongolian dwelling, to experience an intimate stay immersed in the future forest.
Dining options, on the other hand, include 3 different options, with a self-contained main restaurant, also accessible to outside guests, suspended over the water of a specially designed lake, a large restaurant inside the hotel, and a large glass greenhouse that echoes the shape of the ger, an iconic Mongolian tent.
Finally, the surrounding park offers a wide range of spaces dedicated to outdoor living and outdoor activities for the little ones to fully experience the relationship with the surrounding nature, in a setting as unique as the pristine expanses of Mongolia.
