The VIRTU Resorts & Residences development and management project was officially presented during the latest edition of the Eco Hotel Investment Summit by chief architect Alberto Apostoli in early 2021. Alberto shared how VIRTU Resorts and Residences is poised to create life-enhancing wellness and cultural experiences in newly-built resorts and residential destinations around the world — from Canada and Mexico to Croatia. The business is led by Canadian wellness visionary Sandi Lesueur with New York lawyer Joseph Levey. Its first properties are in Tulum, Mexico; Kelowna, British Columbia; and Bračh, Croatia.
