The project centres on the transformation of a Golf Club into an exclusive, high-end hospitality destination. The result is a holistic experience that blends wellbeing, nature, and local culture – offering a retreat from the fast pace of everyday life and inviting guests to rediscover the pleasure of living in harmony with the natural world.
Every element of the Wellness Resort is thoughtfully designed to provide an experience that is both authentic and refined. From the outset, guests arrive via a discreet car park, seamlessly integrated into the surrounding vegetation.

Panoramic terraces have been conceived to host events and al fresco dining, where guests can savour seasonal produce cultivated within the grounds – all framed by the lush gardens that weave through the landscape.

Plant species have been carefully selected to preserve the ecological balance and unique character of the site. Emphasis has been placed on hardy, resilient varieties, well suited to the local climate and capable of thriving in spontaneous harmony with their environment.

At the heart of the resort lies the piazzetta – an intimate, welcoming square designed to foster connection and conviviality. Gently winding, accessible paths lead through the woodland, offering moments of calm, reflection, and immersion in nature. Natural materials such as local stone, gravel, and compacted earth enhance the historic authenticity of the setting, blending seamlessly into the wider landscape while respecting its environmental and aesthetic integrity.
