THE BEST ITALIAN SPA MANAGERS: WHO ARE THEY?

Having designed spas and wellness centres for over 25 years, we have met many SPA managers. We have also collaborated with some of them in a synergic manner for the creation of new SPA Concepts.

The integration of design and management skills is, in fact, an essential operating mode to ensure the success of a spa, such as the comparison and good understanding between designer and manager.

As a SPA Designer, we believe that we have acquired the necessary preparation to ensure the best possible project for each specific intervention. But when the client asks us to propose the professional who will manage the facility we have designed, we are faced with a great responsibility.

We thought of searching on the internet which were the best Italian SPA managers and, to our great disappointment, we found out that no site mentions them explicitly. There are many websites that tell about the most beautiful and awarded SPAs with the best service, but none of them focuses on who guarantees their success.

So we thought we would do it ourselves. We asked colleagues, partners and friends who, in their opinion, were the best Italian SPA managers.

Our report is not intended to be a scientific study or a mere ranking.

However, we have found that some names of SPA managers have been mentioned several times. Nine of them, in particular, were recognised by all the people we interviewed. We propose them below, without any particular ranking, together with the current SPA where they are working.

To the reader, the freedom to add in the comments a SPA manager who would deserve to be recognized among the best.
