Architect/Project Manager – Studio Apostoli

Studio Apostoli is an international atelier of architecture, interior design and consulting, founded in 1997 by Alberto Apostoli and recognised worldwide as a signature name of excellence in the world of luxury spas and high-end hospitality. In thirty years of international experience, Apostoli has worked with leading hospitality and wellness brands – including Lefay Resorts, Cipriani Group, Four Seasons, Hilton Hotels, Marriott International, Discovery Land Company, Accor Hotels and Rocco Forte Hotels – as well as with private entrepreneurs, investment funds, real estate developers, asset management companies and other key stakeholders.
Who we are looking for
Studio Apostoli is looking for an architect with solid design skills to join its team on a long-term basis.
We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, a marked ability to learn and an autonomous, proactive approach to work. We consider applications at different levels of seniority, giving priority to readiness, adaptability and quality of work over years of experience alone. Full mastery of ArchiCAD and practical familiarity with using artificial intelligence tools to support the design process are required. Fluent English, written and spoken, is essential.
Previous experience in hospitality, luxury or wellness projects is a significant plus.

Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience in design firms (we will also consider more junior profiles, provided they have solid technical skills and a marked ability to learn)
- Excellent knowledge of ArchiCAD and AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
- Familiarity with using AI tools to support the design process
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Availability for full-time, on-site work (any schedule flexibility to be agreed)
- Willingness to travel and carry out site visits; driving licence
- Experience in hospitality, luxury or wellness projects is welcome
